About Lady Logic
The health conversation women deserve to be having.
Lady Logic is a women’s health and advocacy initiative built on one simple belief: women deserve to understand their bodies, feel confident discussing their health and be heard when they do.
It is a welcoming, community-led platform where women can learn about their health, share real experiences and feel less alone. From first periods to menopause and everything in between, Lady Logic creates space for honest conversations, accessible information and the questions women are too often made to feel embarrassed to ask.
Here, we compare notes, share what we have learned and advocate for better understanding and better care while recognising that shared experiences can offer support, but should never replace professional medical advice.
Community, not clinic
Everything shared here is lived experience. We never present member advice as medical guidance, and we say so plainly, everywhere.
Ask without embarrassment
Display names and privacy-first profiles mean you can ask the question you'd never say out loud | and find people who truly understand.
Real moderation
Trained humans review conversations around the clock. No bots, no ads targeting your health data, no judgment.
Expert-reviewed learning
Our library guides are written in plain language with clinicians and checked twice, so the facts hold up when you need them most.
What this is, and what it isn't.
Lady Logic is a community, not a clinic. Members share what worked for them; clinicians contribute plain-language education. Neither replaces your own care team. If something worries you, please talk to a qualified professional | and then come tell us how it went, because your story might be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
Meet the founder
A note from Nazira
I’m Nazira, the founder of Lady Logic. Although I am not a clinician, I hold a BSc in Bioscience and an MSc in Reproductive Medicine from Imperial College London. My academic background has given me a strong understanding of human and reproductive health, while my lived experience has taught me how different it feels to go through something rather than simply understand it on paper.
I grew up experiencing anxiety before I had the language to recognise it. I live with rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune condition, and I have experienced women’s reproductive issues while still trying to understand my own body. Now, as a young single woman, I continue to navigate the questions, pressures and changing expectations that can accompany womanhood.
These experiences do not make me an expert on every woman’s life. They have made me curious about the things we are often expected to carry privately, and passionate about creating a place where women can speak about them openly.
Why I Created Lady Logic
I created Lady Logic to give women a supportive community in which they can learn, ask questions, share experiences and feel less alone.
For too long, women have been underrepresented in areas of clinical research, and important gaps remain in our understanding of conditions that predominantly or differently affect women. Too many women are still dismissed, misdiagnosed or left without clear answers about their own bodies.
Lady Logic exists to help bring women’s health and wellbeing to the forefront of public conversation. Through accessible education, honest discussion, expert insight and advocacy, my ambition is for Lady Logic to contribute to closing gaps in understanding, research and care.
Women’s health is not a niche issue. It affects families, communities and wider society, and it deserves to be treated as a priority.
What We Believe
We believe every woman deserves to understand her body, have her experiences taken seriously and feel confident speaking about her health.
We believe there is power in sharing what we have been encouraged to keep private. One voice can begin a conversation; many voices can create change.
Lady Logic is here to help women ask louder questions, have more honest conversations and become impossible to ignore.
